Hydro-Québec is in no way responsible for damage of any kind arising directly or indirectly from the use of Solutions Ecofitt’s Web site or from any product acquired from Solutions Ecofitt.
Solutions Ecofitt warrants to protect the buyer against any defects in material and workmanship. Solutions Ecofitt will replace any part that it considers defective, provided the product has not been misused, altered or damaged after purchase, including any damage due to the use of tools or harsh chemicals.
For purchases made after May 1, 2018, Solutions Ecofitt will ship the replacement part or product free of charge upon receipt of proof of defect (photo or video). For purchases made prior to May 1, 2018, shipping charges of 10,00$ plus applicable taxes will be charged. If the product is no longer in stock, Solutions Ecofitt will replace it with a similar product of the same value. Solutions Ecofitt’s responsibility shall not exceed the original cost of the product.
Products are guaranteed for 10 years from the initial date of purchase. Please keep your receipt as proof of purchase.
If the kit has been provided to you by or if you purchased it through your municipality, contact Solutions Ecofitt to activate the warranty without delay.
The prices quoted on the Web site include shipping and handling costs. Applicable taxes will be added.
Delivery shall be made through Canada Post or Purolator (without signature) and their regional partners within 10 working days as of date of confirmation of payment. The cost of delivery is included in the price of each kit and product.
